From EFP owner, Rich O’Neill:

Our Youth Athletic Development program is pumping out amazing results and here's why:

We assess each individual athlete prior to beginning a program which ensures deficiencies are identified and corrected.

We train the 7 Primal Movement Patterns. And that's it.

We prioritize Alignment, Stability and Power as the pillars of movement quality for a lifetime.

We train single leg proficiency, rotary stability, cross-sling patterning and scapular motor control.

When these principles guide each program, it's the portal to next level athleticism.

The strength/movement program is combined with both hitting and throwing instruction to optimize each athlete's potential in the Elite Athletic Development programs offered at The Players Athletic Club.
